Envirogreen Polymers Ltd T/A Envirogreen herein referred to as “the contractor”
Terms & Conditions for the Provision of Waste & Recycling Services by The contractor
Recyclables – Materials that are capable of being recycled & contain no contamination presented in baled form (unless otherwise agreed in writing)
Waste – Materials not capable of been recycled due to the nature of the material or contamination within such material
Contamination – Includes but not limited to laminates, mixed material types, food waste or in the case of plastic film (non ldpe film)
Collections – Scheduled collections of recyclables from Client’s premises
Premises – From any premise in which the Client has requested waste and/or recyclables be collected form
The contractor endeavours to collect recyclables in an efficient and timely manner. Reasonable changes may be may to schedules to accommodate operational requirements
If the contractor in misinformed about the quantity of recyclables available for collection upon arrival at the Client’s premises, then the contractor reserves the right to charge the Client for transport costs incurred or reduce the rebates of recyclables.
The contractor reserves the right to charge for recyclables that are contaminated . Such charge may include a sorting cost and in the case of contaminated recyclables that are not economically viable to sort, then disposal costs will be charged.
The clients undertakes to
co-operate with The contractor, its agents, subcontractors, consultants and employees, in all matters relating to the collection of waste and recyclables;
provide, for the contractor, its agents, subcontractors, consultants and employees, in a timely manner and at no charge, access to the Premises as reasonably required by The contractor in order to collect the waste and recyclables;
be present at each collection of waste & recyclables by the contractor, its agents, subcontractors, consultants and employees, so as to assist them in loading with the loading of receptacles of waste & baled recyclables onto their vehicles.
maintain any driveways or other means of access to the Premises where the waste & recyclables is stored so as to permit the contractor’s vehicles and employees or those of its carrier safely to reach and collect the cardboard and plastic to the Premises so that there shall be no risk of injury or damage to any employee or property of The contractor or its carrier;
The Client agrees that if a recyclable becomes unsaleable, the contractor reserves the right to charge for the disposal of such as waste for a period of 3 months of receipt of the recyclables, in compliance with the waste regulations in the relevant jurisdiction
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in every relevant jurisdiction.
